eLong Announces Exercise of Underwriter's Over-Allotment Option

BEIJING, China - November 10, 2004 - eLong, Inc. (Nasdaq: LONG), a leading online travel service provider in China, today announced that the underwriters of its recent initial public offering, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., WR Hambrecht + Co and Allen & Company, have exercised their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 690,383 American Depositary Shares (ADS) representing 1,380,766 common shares at US$13.50 per ADS.
All of the shares associated with the over-allotment were offered by the selling shareholders.
