The Cooperation Becomes More favorable

11/26/2004

Since eLong, Inc. (Nasdaq:LONG) was successfully listed on Nasdaq on October 28th 2004, eLong and China Netcom jointly promote the Internet safeguard card valuing RMB128 with the theme of "eLong. Soar. Nasdaq". According to the introduction from eLong, the Internet safeguard card essentially is the commemorative card for eLong's overseas listing; it not only expresses the congratulations from China Netcom--the cooperative partner of eLong, but also the good wishes that eLong is ready to present gifts to and share the happiness with all the members.

From November 18th 2004 to February 18th 2005, all the members holding eLong General Card, VIP Card and Co-branded Card (excluding group customers) who book either hotels, flight tickets or vacation packages through eLong will be presented an Internet safeguard card valuing RMB128 for the deal, meanwhile, get a chance to participate in the monthly lucky draws with high winning chances.

The prizes for this promotion are also specially designed to commemorate the date of eLong's listing on Nasdaq -- October 28th 2004. In each month, eLong will draw 10 first prize winners for the self-service vacation package valuing RMB5,000, 28 second prize winners for the self-service vacation package valuing RMB2,000, 2,004 third prize winners for the book of "eLong - Business Travel in China Cities".

Also from the introduction of eLong, eLong and China Netcom have cooperated many times during the "PAS (Personal Access Phone System) China" campaign. As the leaders in the fields of China online tourism and telecommunications, eLong and China Netcom intend to explore more extensive co-operations on the principle of mutual benefit.
