Greetings!
Thank you for the support you have given eLong! In order to improve our core services for hotel and air bookings, we have made a series of strategic adjustments. One of these adjustments is the suspension of our Vacation Package service which will take effect on July 13, 2007.
eLong will fulfill the commitment of Vacation Package bookings made before July 13, 2007 and ensure customers receive the service that is due to them. For unused vouchers purchased from eLong, the refund can be processed by contacting us. We will ensure that you get the monetary value of your vouchers. For refunds before July 31, 2007, please contact Sissi Li at 10-58602288 ext. 6784 or sissi.li@corp.elong.com. For refunds after July 31, 2007, please contact our Customer Service Department at 010-65881555 ext. 0 or cs@corp.elong.com.
We are committed to ensure that this adjustment will not bring any negative effects to our services. And from hereon, eLong will focus more on hotel and air bookings to provide improved services to our customers. We will continue to learn international best practices in the industry to improve the experiences of eLong customers.
