Earn Points

eLong Rewards Program

It's easy to earn eLong rewards just by staying at hotels or flying. Your eLong rewards can start from as little as 3,000 points. For a detailed list of rewards, click here (available in Chinese only) or email web@elong.net to request information in English.

For new users:

• If you already have an eLong card, 1,000 points will be credited to your account when you register at eLong.net.
• If you do not have an eLong card, you can register online. You will earn 1,000 points upon your first confirmed reservation.
• Note: 1,000 points will only be credited to new members.

For hotel booking:

• Your total room rate ("TRM") is the base number used in calculating your eLong points.
• Please check the form below for eLong points credited with each reservation:

	If you book online, you will earn an additional 200 points per room night .

For flight ticket booking:

eLong points validity period:
• Points earned after April 1, 2005 are valid for 3 years. The unclaimed points will expire after 3 years and deducted at the end of the quarter.For example: Points earned between January 1, 2006 and March 31, 2006 will expire on March 31, 2009;Points earned between April 1, 2006 and June 30, 2008 will expire on June 30, 2009.

Note: Please pay attention to your points expiration period by checking ?a href="http://www.elong.net/myelong/login.aspx?nexturl=http://www.elong.net/myelong/index.aspx">My eLong? Unused points will be deducted after the expiration date without notice. To use your points, please send an email to web@elong.net to get the recommendation and assistance.

Points deduction:

• If you fail to show up for a booked room without prior cancellation, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.

• eLong points will be deducted down to a minimum net score of zero.

Point compensation:

If your eLong room rate is higher than the hotel's normal rate after you have checked in, you will be credited with additional 500 eLong points after verification.

Note:

• If you lose your eLong membership card, please contact us at web@eLong.net. After we confirm your personal information, you will receive a new card at no cost. However, if you need to replace your card for the second time, 500 points will be deducted from your account.
• eLong members with local mobile phones can check their eLong points by SMS. Send "JF" to 1949 (China Mobile users) or 9949 (China Unicom Users).
• eLong members with 3,000 points will automatically become eLong VIP members.To obtain your eLong VIP card, please email your name, account number and address to web@eLong.net .
