Payment options, credit cards, receipts
1. How can I pay for my tickets?
You can pay by cash or credit card.
For cash payments, we will deliver the ticket to you at no cost or at minimal
cost depending on your exact location.
For credit card payments, you can pay online or request an eLong agent to
contact you to retrieve your credit card information by phone.
If you are located in Shanghai,
you may also pay using your foreign-issued credit card upon delivery of your flight tickets.
2. Is my credit card number safe with eLong?
Yes. We are committed to ensure our customers' security and privacy. We believe
it is in our best interest to protect all the information our customers
provide. A Special Client Agreement has been signed between eLong and related
card issuing banks. To get more information about this agreement, please go to

3. Can I pay for my tickets online?

4. Can I pay with credit cards whose mailing addresses are outside
Mainland China?
eLong accepts major credit cards issued by banks worldwide but surcharges apply.
5. Can I get a receipt or fapiao for my flight ticket purchase?
Yes, we can issue receipts or fapiaos for your flight ticket purchases.
For domestic tickets, the itinerary receipt is regarded as the fapiao.
For international tickets, Please indicate this request during your booking
submission online and confirm the payer's name with the eLong agent.
